The EBS Authenticator app facilitates the secure pairing of your mobile device for logging into EBS Your Accounts Online.

Beginning in August 2019, users will encounter a requirement for additional security details alongside their usual login credentials when accessing online banking. This implementation is part of the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) protocol, designed to enhance security against fraud and to safeguard online banking and payment transactions. To set up the app for SCA, a one-time activation code will be provided to you.

The setup process is straightforward:

Download the EBS Authenticator app.
Open the app. You will be prompted to enter your Customer ID number and Personal Access Code (PAC) followed by the 6-digit activation code sent to you by post.

Upon completion of these steps, you will be able to utilize SCA when logging in and access EBS Your Accounts Online seamlessly.
